Same problem here. Screenshots will shown in grey image with a white cloud icon. Mouse over that will show "This file had been uploaded and is processing."

Same situation happens on my iPhoneXS max with iOS15.0.2 to 15.1, when iPhone6S with iOS15.0.1 does not have such problem.
